Asuka Minatoya (港屋 明日香 (みなとや あすか) Minatoya Asuka) is a housewife and the wife of Kan'ichi Minatoya.

She helped cook dinner on the first day of the excavation work along with Yayoi Muranishi.
She was married with a man with a big age gap, but it seems that they're were on good terms. Immediately after her husband's death, she faints from shock. Surprisingly, she is one year older than Muranishi.

Kan'ichi Minatoya[]
Asuka is married to Kan'ichi. Despite the big age difference (26 year age gap), their relationship is a happy and normal relationship. Asuka is shocked and fainted when she found her husband's corpse.
Etymology[]
- The name Asuka means "tomorrow" (明日) (asu) and "fragrance, fragrant" (香) (ka).
- Asuka's surname Minatoya means "harbor, port" (港) (minato) and "house" (屋) (ya).
