Benine Shiraki (白樹 紅音 (しらき べにね) Shiraki Benine) is a biology teacher at Fudo High School.

She was interested in roses, and she visited the Rose Cross Mansion to see the completion of the blue rose. She has an older brother who was separated from her because her parents divorced when she was young. She has a blue cross mark on her palm, which she usually hides under her gloves.
In fact, she along with Kyo Sakura are real brother and sister and sisters who were separated at an early age. When Shiraki was caught in the fire at the Rose Grand Hotel, he had burn scars on his palm when he put his hand on the railing to save a child who was about the same age as his brother when they broke up. Sakura felt guilty for not being able to help a girl as big as his younger sister because he was taking pictures of the fire.
