Chris Einstein is one of the treasure hunt participant. He's a child prodigy with a very mysterious background that joined the treasure hunt on Hiho Island.
Appearance[]
Chris Einstein is a pre-teen kid with a fair skin with blonde hair, and light blue eyes. He's often seen wearing either a T-shirt a regular shirt and short pants.
History[]
Chris is selected as the "scapegoat" for the real killer. However, he is quite a dangerous person, such as trying to kill Kindaichi with a geyser and mocking the murdered Himura.
He is allegedly a descendant of King Solomon. It seems that he came to get his ancestor's treasure. Hajime was stunned, saying, " Oh no, you're a kid with a delusion of grandeur . That's why you're trying to kill people ."
Personality[]
At first, he was treated sort of like Kindaichi's little brother, but he's revealed to has an IQ of 180, the same as Kindaichi, and is already a prodigy with a doctorate from Columbia University. He disguises himself as a pre-teen kid as to find the treasure uninterrupted and makes him least likely to get suspicion. He has no respect for the deceased as he openly mocked the recently murdered Kohei Himura, which after that, get the better of him with his invitation got missing.
