Issei Kishi (岸 一成 (きし いっせい) Kishi Issei) is a hiker who got lost near Gozo Gamo's house and one of the suspects in Murder by Gentleman Thief
Appearance[]
Because Kishi never appears in the anime, it's unclear what his hair and clothes are coloured. What it is known that he has a light coloured hair and wears a plaid shirt along with a hiking vest and pants.
Personality[]
When he first arrived at Gozo Gamo's residence, he's shown as a confused man as he doesn't know why the police arrest him as he claim to only lost while hiking. He later becomes friendly to Hajime as he cleared the police suspicion on him being the Gentleman Thief.
He's shown to be a nice and friendly man whose real reason why he's in the Gamo residence is to quietly return Gamo's sketchbook he stole five years prior. Previously, he want to met Gamo personally and talk to him but he refused as at that time he still held Nobuhiko Izumi inside.

- Issei's surname Kishi means "shore, bank, coast" (岸).
