Junko Nekoma (猫間 純子 (ねこま じゅんこ) Nekoma Junko) is a suspect in Vampire Legend Murder Case and a regular at Ruin Inn who was supposed to be used by the murderer Aoko Minato as a witness for her trick, but she gained weight when she came back to the inn, making the trick unusable. Thus, the murderer used Miyuki Nanase instead.

Nekoma has a cheerful personality and alongside the others, have a passion about ruins, thus often writing about it in her writing materials. She's shown to somewhat believe in superstition as she frequently assumes that Miyuki kills the two victims by the influence of the Vampire.
