Appearance[]

Personality[]

He has two different facial expressions while talking to Kindaichi and Miyuki: a wary face and a friendly face. He often has half of his face in shadow. He is questioned by Kindaichi after he found out about the secret marijuana field and tells him about the murder that occurred in the village 27 years ago and the origin of the mummy. Shortly after, he died of a heart attack, filled with fear and remorse for the pastor and his wife.

In the drama version, when he set the church on fire, he was unable to move and was burned. In the middle, he can't stand his guilt and tries to burn down a heroin refinery that hasn't been used for many years, but is stopped by Kenmochi who is on the verge of throwing fire. He was urged to tell the truth, and when he finished telling Kenmochi and those who were there about the tragedy of 27 years ago, he had a seizure and collapsed on the spot, letting him die for his sins. He died while apologizing to Wakaba.

He's one of the people who did a terrible crime called cannabis trafficking (heroin trafficking in the drama). In addition to that (although the statute of limitations has already expired), he has even done the brutal act of slaughtering the Rokusei family. Those who can't help but be killed. Moreover, in order to hide the evidence of the crime, he kept the sense of accomplice by sharing the mummies of the clergyman's daughters. Relatively speaking, Tokita and Kazamatsuri, may have been better because they had a sense of guilt and regret.
