Killing Poker is 2nd case in Kindaichi Case Files : Akechi Case Files. Created by Seimaru Amagi as Author and Fumiya Sato as Mangaka. In chronological order, it is a murder case challenged by Akechi when he was an inspector and teamed with his former subordinate Ryutaro Kobayashi.
In the book, it was recorded under the name of "Superintendent Akechi's Case Files 2" in "Kindaichi Shonen no Jikenbo Short Collection 2", and later in the spin-off "Superintendent Akechi's Elegant Case Files" under the title of "Killing Poker".
Story[]
Miyuki is left in a daze when Kindaichi doesn't show up at the meeting place. On top of that, it even rained, and she had to take shelter from the rain. Akechi also came there to take shelter from the rain. To pass the time until Kindaichi comes and until the rain stops, he tells Miyuki about "poor men whose fates were dictated by a sudden shower".
