She's later revealed to be the culprit of the case. In fact, Phantom Eiji Kiryu, who was treated as a stalker, was her lover and lifesaver. She liked him and often invited him to his stage after she retired from acting. And on the day that Leona Kozuki was officially kidnapped by Eiji Kiryu, Leona confesses to Kiryu and decides to take him and run away somewhere far away. After running away from the theater company, Leona moved to a small town and lived with Kiryu. For Leona, who had the experience of being tossed around by her relatives when she was young, it was the happiest time of her life. She was taken by Kiryu to see a fantastical scene unfolding in the underground labyrinth of the Opera House. when she joins Kiryu once again . She feel strongly that she want to live. But that happy time didn't last long.
One day, Kiryu left a letter and disappeared. Leona was taken back to the theater company by the castle, Mikiya, and Emon who came right after. Leona was waiting for Kiryu to contact her, but she never heard from him. And then time goes by. One day, Leona visits Mt. Fuji's Sea of Trees as a reporter for a local TV show, and finds a hand-knitted muffler she gave to Kiryu and his notebook. He secretly took out his notebook to see what was going on, and Leona, who read the contents, learned the surprising truth.
The cause of the fire at the training camp that ended Kiryu's life as an actor and killed many people was that Jo, Mikitani, and Emon, who failed the audition, were drunk and set off fireworks in their rooms. And that Kiryu, who had encouraged him to turn himself in, was killed by the three of them, who had succeeded by being by Leona's side, by throwing him into the sea of trees on Mt. Fuji to keep his mouth shut.
Leona vowed when she learned the truth and heard three people talking to reporters as if Kiryu caused the camp fire.

In addition, even though it was a surprise attack, Kenmochi, an active detective, was stunned and confined in an underground labyrinth with enough food to keep him from starving (She planned to have him discovered later). Regarding this, Kenmochi, a detective, was in charge of possession of the key, and it was an unplanned task to retrieve it).
However, because of the trauma of the fire, she was unable to find the object that was dropped in the dark underground labyrinth. In the end, she set fire to the theater of the Opera House and attempted to self-immolate (even if the crime was not discovered, it seems that she intended to die in the sea of trees at Mt.
