Misa Sekura (瀬倉 未沙 Sekura Misa) is an office lady and the first victim in Snow Spirit Legend Murder Case. She is found in the state of a frozen corpse with an ice axe stuck in her chest, but the next day she suddenly disappears despite the fact that Kenmochi was watching over her.

She's shown to be hot headed and rude as when Hajime is walking very slowly in front of her, she scolded him to move aside. It's shown later that she's a hypocrite as when the lawyer Shigeki Kuronuma tells them that they might be tired from the long journey, she claims to not tired at all despite clearly lost some energy scolding Hajime.
Her greed is indirectly shown when Kuronuma is asked when was the last time he saw her. He said that she asked how much will she get if any of the participant decrease.

- Misa's surname Sekura means "swift current, rapids" (瀬) (se) and "warehouse" (倉) (kura).
