Manga/Anime Differences

• Issei Kishi didn't appear.
• Kurogawa didn't appear.
• In the anime, it's Haruhiko Wakuta who's instructed by Kindaichi to ask Sakura to buy a duplicate painting.
• The police didn't find out fully of the Gentleman Thief's crime pattern until Satomi Kaizu was killed.

• The scene where the Gentleman Thief has Kurogawa do his makeup is cut.
• The demand of the two bad girls was changed to money, and Kindaichi interrupted and got distracted and left.
• Changed Kindaichi and Miyuki's lines at the school water fountain. When Miyuki heard that Sakura was transferring to another school, she said, "She just transferred to another school last year."
• The burned tree does not appear.
• Kaizu's portrait drawn with a waterfall is in the form of Kaizu turning his back to the painter and turning her head backwards.
