The Opera House Hotel Hot Springs Steam Incident (オペラ座館湯けむり事件 Opera Zakan Yukemuri Jiken) is story arc of The Case File of Kindaichi Spin-off : The Mini Vacation.
It follows Hajime, Miyuki, and Kenmochi to take a trip together to the nostalgic of the Opera House for four times. Along with the former Owner of the Opera House, Kazuma Kurosawa (who is supposed to be dead in the original timeline) finds out the truth behind the ghost of the Phantom who scared away the guest.
