Otomi Yoshino (吉野 音美 Yoshino Otomi) is a student at Tokyo Art and Music University and one of the supects in Quartet with Intent to Kill.

She is a timid and quiet woman. She never explicitly says it but she doesn't seem to like Kirishima's plan to go to the Kunitachi Conservatory by going out with Professor Shiina. She later revealed that she was willing to date professor Shiina just like how Kirishima did but declined to do it.
