Reiji Aoi (青井 零児) is a police detective from the Criminal Division of the Fudosan Police Department.
Appearance[]
Reiji Aoi is a tall, short-haired handsome man. He wears a dark blue suit over a white shirt and matching blue tie and pants.
Personality[]
From the beginning, he was suspicious of Kenmochi being The Executioner, and even pointed his pistol at him when he mistakes him for attacking Riku Busujima, causing the reader's antipathy.
He became a detective with a strong sense of revenge against Busujima and others, and he planned to kill Busujima if he had the chance. That said, as Akechi admits, Kenmochi was undoubtedly extremely suspicious of the situation, so it's hard to say he's responsible.
Above all, he is one of the victim of the incident in the sense that his lover was killed. It can't be said that he treated Kenmochi well, but it would be a cruel consultation to blame him for that.
