Rikiya Mido is a serial killer who assumes many identities that first appeared in Murderer With Twenty Faces. The youngest son of Koga Mido, the leader of a heretical sect cult called Panorama Kingdom. He uses many different identities throughout his life to avoid many people that wants to uncover his family's dark past. He can disguise himself as both male and female.
