Russian Dolls Murder Case is fifth case in Kindaichi Case Files : Case Series.
Story[]
A code breaking competition are held to fight over the inheritance left by mystery novelist Kosei Yamanouchi. Asked to assist a participant, Hajime visits the Russian Mansion. There he met with Yoichi Takato, the Puppeteer from Hell. Then, the heir candidates are killed one by one imitating the lines from the code with Takato as the suspect. Takato whose pride about being a criminal mastermind, is furious with the real culprit, The Conductor. He announces to all participant that he'll take care of the culprit himself. Hajime now has to find the culprit before Takato does.
