Ryuhei Kageyama, also known as Han in the past, was a frequent visitor of Warehouse Stores. He was thought to be killed in Hong Kong years ago, but in fact he was still alive, and moved to Japan. He was eventually killed by the Venomous Dragon when he visited the Cyber Kowloon Walled City.
Han was an associate of Wang Long. After the death of Wang, he helped his wife Meixing and his daughter Yang Lang to hide from Chen Yongfu, Liu Aibi and Xin Li . He was eventually killed, but managed to help them one last time before passing away.
