Sacred Love Island Murder Case, also known as Seiren Island Murder Case (聖恋島殺人事件 Seiren-tou Satsujin Jiken), is the second and the third episode of the fifth generation of TV Drama series The Files of Young Kindaichi. It adapts the story arc of the Sacred Love Island Murder Case from the Returns Series.
In these episodes, Hajime Kindaichi, Miyuki Nanase, and Ryuta Saki invite by Inspector Kenmochi to assist him on a fishing tour at Seiren Island. When they arrived, the murder happened committed by a legendary Siren, the Sea Monster, that lived on that island.
Summary[]
Prologue, The Legend of Siren[]
Seiren Island, an island on a solitary island in a distant sea, has a legend of the sea monster Siren that its cry reverbs through the island. Its cry will make anyone who hears it maddening lose their sense and try to get out of the aisle. Siren will drag them into the sea and kill them when they go out of the island.
Presently, Hajime Kindaichi and Ryuta Saki were fishing in a fishing pool after their mock test at school. Miyuki Nanase appeared after them and scolded Hajime for his failure at the mock test. There, Isamu Kenmochi comes to fishing too and invites Hajime, Miyuki, and Saki to join him on the fishing tour on Seiren Island.

- Musashi Okunogi, Takahiko Kijima, and Shugo Umihoshi doesn't appear.
- Ryuta Saki replaced Shugo Umihoshi's role as a cameraman.
- Kuya Nagita changed by a similar name to Natsumi Nagita, a tour guide on Seiren Resort Island.
- Mika Kanno and Kazehiko Kageo swap places in the death order, Kojiro Ushio is unaffected by this however.
