Satsuki Okuno was a web designer and a suspect in Twenty Faces the Killer. She originally appeared as a suspect in the serial murder case, but her identity was used all along by the real culprit Rikiya Mido. She in fact was killed weeks before in Mido's apartment after she found out Mido did plastic surgery to look the same as her while assuming the identity of "Go Araki". Her body is later found in Mido's apartment by the police.
