Seiji Kobayashi (小林 星二) is a painter and one of the victims in Broken Heart Lake Legend Murder Case.

He used to be a genius painter who caused a stir in the art world, but at some point he started drawing only corpses, and in this incident he was a pervert who was drawing pictures of the victims. Not satisfied with that, he even tried to draw Miyuki, who was injured but still alive.
