The First Case of Young Akechi is 3rd case in Kindaichi Case Files : Akechi Case Files. Created by Seimaru Amagi as Author and Fumiya Sato as Mangaka.
In the book, it was recorded under the name of "Young Akechi's Magnificent Case Files" in "Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo Short Collection 3", and later in the spin-off "Young Akechi's Magnificent Case Files" under the title of "The First Case of Young Akechi".
Story[]
One day, Akechi leaves his post to meet with his old high school friends. On the same day, Hajime and Miyuki visit Shuo High School, a prestigious high school in Tokyo, to take a mock exam. As usual, Kindaichi tries to get over it by cheating, so he erases the writing on the desk he was sitting on and tries to write down something from memory, but Akechi appears with an unpleasant voice and asks Kindaichi what he has. In fact, the writing that Kindaichi erased was the "answer" to the "mystery" from 10 years ago when he was enrolled in this high school, and Akechi visited his alma mater to see it. Akechi pursues responsibility for erasing the "answer" before he can see it, and Hajime sighs by solving the mystery instead. Akechi then begins to talk to Hajime and Miyuki about the "first incident" he encountered in high school.
